Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TaxExpertt ("TaxExpertt", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit our website, ask a question, submit an enquiry or use our services. By using the website, you acknowledge the practices described below.

Effective and last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and limited technical information generated when you use the website.

  • Contact and enquiry details, such as your name, phone number, email address, business stage, preferred contact method and the service you need.
  • Questions, messages, AI-assistant conversations, feedback and other communications you choose to send us.
  • Documents and business information needed to assess or deliver a requested registration, tax, compliance, accounting or intellectual-property service.
  • Technical and security data, such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, referring pages, session identifiers and Cloudflare Turnstile verification results.
  • Order and payment-reference information. Card, bank or UPI credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not intended to be stored by TaxExpertt.

2. How we use information

  • To answer enquiries, provide estimates, create and manage leads, and contact you about the service you requested.
  • To deliver services, request documents, coordinate professionals, provide progress updates and maintain service records.
  • To operate the AI assistant, retain conversation context, provide follow-up answers and improve frequently requested answers.
  • To verify genuine users, prevent spam, fraud and misuse, troubleshoot the website and protect our systems.
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.
  • To send service communications and, where you have consented, relevant updates or offers. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

3. AI assistant and automated tools

Questions submitted to our AI assistant may be processed by an AI technology provider to generate a response. We may also use a reviewed answer library or cached response for common questions. AI-generated answers are general information, can be incomplete or incorrect, and are not a substitute for advice based on your documents and circumstances.

Please do not enter passwords, full payment credentials, one-time passwords or highly sensitive documents into the chat. If a document is needed, our team will tell you how to provide it through an appropriate channel.

4. When we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with:

  • Tax, legal, accounting, compliance or other professionals involved in assessing or delivering your requested service.
  • Hosting, database, email, analytics, AI, security, CAPTCHA, communications and payment providers that support our operations.
  • Government departments, registries, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where a filing requires it or disclosure is legally required.
  • A successor or adviser in connection with a genuine business reorganisation, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.

5. Cookies, security and retention

We may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep the website working, preserve sessions, measure performance and reduce abuse. Browser controls can restrict cookies, although parts of the website may then work differently.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, recordkeeping, security, legal compliance and dispute handling. Retention periods vary by the type of record and applicable requirements.

6. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, update or delete personal information, withdraw consent, or object to promotional communications. Some records may need to be retained where law, a filing obligation, fraud prevention or an active dispute requires it.
