1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. If you act for a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide instructions, information and documents on their behalf.
2. What TaxExpertt provides
TaxExpertt coordinates business registration, tax, accounting, compliance and related support. The exact scope, deliverables, professional fee, statutory charges and expected timeline will be shown or confirmed for each order.
The website helps you obtain information and connect with an appropriate professional. Visiting the website or using the AI assistant alone does not create a lawyer-client, chartered-accountant-client or other professional relationship. A professional engagement begins only when its scope is expressly accepted.
3. General information and AI answers
Website content, calculators, checklists and AI answers are provided for general information. They may not reflect the latest authority practice or your complete circumstances and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
You should obtain a case-specific review before acting on an important decision, filing or deadline. We may correct, update or withdraw content at any time.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and lawful information and promptly disclose relevant changes.
- Supply readable documents and approvals by the requested dates and review drafts before submission.
- Ensure you have permission to share personal information, signatures, trademarks, addresses and business records.
- Pay agreed professional fees, taxes and government or third-party charges when due.
- Keep account links, verification codes and credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected misuse.
5. Fees, taxes and payments
Unless expressly stated otherwise, professional fees do not include government fees, stamp duty, taxes, penalties, courier charges, certificates, digital signatures or other third-party costs. Estimates may change if the facts, authority requirements or requested scope changes; we will seek approval before material additional work.
You authorise us to apply payments to the agreed service and applicable third-party charges. Invoices and payment confirmations may be issued electronically.
6. Timelines, authorities and outcomes
Timelines are good-faith estimates and may depend on your response, professional availability, third-party systems and government authorities. TaxExpertt cannot guarantee approval, registration, tax treatment, absence of objections or a particular authority outcome.
We are not responsible for delays or rejection caused by incomplete or incorrect instructions, customer delay, authority action, portal outage, force majeure or a change in law or procedure outside our reasonable control.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, scrape at scale, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use our content or AI assistant to facilitate fraud.
- TaxExpertt owns or licenses the website design, software, branding and original content.
- You retain rights in materials you provide and grant us permission to use them only as needed to operate the website and deliver the requested service.
- You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our website or content without prior written permission, except where law permits.
8. Cancellation, refunds and suspension
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may pause or end access where payment is overdue, instructions are unlawful, required information is not provided, abuse is suspected or continued work would breach professional or legal obligations.
Ending a service does not remove payment obligations for work already performed or third-party costs already incurred.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without an assurance that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, TaxExpertt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or loss of data. Our aggregate liability arising from a specific paid service will not exceed the professional fee paid to TaxExpertt for that service, except where a higher liability is required by applicable law.
10. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by written notice. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
We may update these terms prospectively. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; material changes affecting an active paid order will not apply retroactively unless required by law or agreed with you.
Questions about these terms can be sent to nikcomestotalk@gmail.com.
